Extended Care
The Lotus Child Montessori Extended Care Program provides a supportive and enriching environment for children outside of regular school hours. With a focus on continuity of learning and holistic development, it offers engaging activities that complement the Montessori curriculum. Through supervised play, exploration, and relaxation opportunities, children receive personalized attention and support to thrive beyond the traditional school day.
Before and after school care is provided in a less structured Montessori environment for children at least 24 months old. Our extended care program includes art projects, learning toys and outdoor play.
Extended care options are from 7:30AM – 8:30/8:40AM and 3:00PM – 5:30PM (Monday through Thursday). (See Friday Daycare for Friday hours as they vary slightly)
Upon enrolling your child in Lotus Child Montessori you will be asked to sign up for which extended care options you would like, if any. You may choose morning and/or afternoon and choose how many days a week you would like care. Extended care schedules can be changed monthly to fit your family’s needs. Drop in extended care is available for children enrolled in our school with 24 hours advance notice if space permits. Extended care is limited to 12 children at a time. Families should send extra food for children enrolled in extended care.
